When you use the Roblox OAuth2 linking feature, we collect and store your Roblox User ID and the profile information provided by Roblox (specifically your public username and display name).
Your Roblox ID is used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity as an authorized staff member within the UAS05 Punishment Portal. This allows us to link your portal account to your Roblox account for secure access control.
We store your Roblox ID and the linking timestamp. This link expires after 60 days, requiring you to re-verify your identity.
We do not share your information with any third parties, except as required to interact with the Roblox Open Cloud API for ban management and other portal functionalities.
You may request the removal of your linked Roblox account at any time by contacting an administrator.
